I can not install the soft closer SU5495 inside the track.

Verify that there is no fixing screw above the soft closer.

Does the soft closer SU5495 compatible with different door weight?

Yes there are 2 different adjustments in order to adapt to different door weight (from 45lbs to 90lbs, from 90 lbs to 175 lbs).

How many soft-closers do I need?

If you want a soft opening OR a soft closing, you need 1 soft-closer.
If you want a soft opening AND a soft closing, you need 2 soft-closers.

Do I need a longer track if I am using two soft-closers?

No, you do not need a longer track.

Can I install a soft-closer after setting up the sliding system?

The soft-closer must be mounted at the same time than the sliding system.

If I have a synchronization kit for 2 doors, how many soft-closers can I install?

If you want a soft opening OR a soft closing, you need 1 soft-closer.
If you want a soft opening AND a soft closing, you need 2 soft-closers.
